Printed books සඳහා refund/return rules පැහැදිලිව දක්වයි.
Printed-to-order educational books custom preparation විය හැකි නිසා change-of-mind refunds ලබාදිය නොහැක. නමුත් wrong item, major printing issue, or delivery damage නම් අපි support ලබාදෙමු.
Eligible Issues
Wrong book, missing pages, unreadable printing, serious binding damage, delivery damage.
Report Window
Issue එක received date සිට 24 hours ඇතුළත photos/videos සමඟ report කරන්න.
Resolution
Issue verification පසු replacement, reprint, partial refund, or suitable solution ලබාදිය හැක.
Not Eligible
Wrong grade/subject customer selected, address mistake, change of mind, used/damaged after delivery.
Order Confirmation
Order finalize කිරීමට පෙර product code, title, grade, medium සහ delivery details confirm කරන්න.
